Our wellness package for your young dog (1 - 5 years old), offers you what we believe to be the
best preventive medicine available for your pet. Just humans need to visit the dentist twice a year as a
preventative measure, your pet can return for an additional wellness exam at some point within one
year – free of charge. We will take time to discuss your pet’s health and well being, including diet/nutrition, what
is age appropriate, along with any concerns you may have.

Vaccinations: Bordetella (one year), Lymes (one year), Distemper Booster and Corona. Rabies (one year)
Laboratory Services: Two Fecal Tests and a Heartworm test.

The Wellness Package covers your adult dog’s routine veterinary costs for one year and offers
you the financial benefit of our all-in-one package – a savings of over $40.00. It also provides discounts on other physical exams. The package must be purchased in its entirety without any other discount. As always, we look forward to serving you and your pets for many years to come.*
