Our wellness package for your puppy (under 1 year old), offers you what we believe to be the best
preventive medicine available for your pet. Just as humans need to visit the dentist twice a year as a
preventative measure, your pet can return for an additional wellness exam at some point within one
year – free of charge. We will take time to discuss your pet’s health and well being, including
diet/nutrition, what is age appropriate, along with any concerns you may have.

As an added bonus, you will recieve a $20 discount if you choose to spay or neuter your puppy before it reaches 8 months
of age. |

ALL-INCLUSIVE WELLNESS PACKAGE
Initial Wellness Examination
One free follow up wellness exam within one year
Vaccinations: Bordetella, (one year) Lymes, (Temporary & one year), Puppy Distemper Booster (1st, 2nd & one year). Rabies (one year)
Medications: Complimentary Heartworm preventative up to 4 months of age
Laboratory Services: Two Fecal Tests, one Pre-Surgical Mini Chem. Screen (in house), prior to spay or neuter

Surgery: $20 discount on spay or neuter before 8 months of age
FEES
The Wellness Package covers your puppy’s routine veterinary costs for one year and offers you the financial benefit of our all-in-one package – a savings of over $60.00. It also provides discounts on other physical exams.
The package must be purchased in its entirety without any other discount.*
* Exception: If your puppy is a first-time patient and has received an initial puppy shot elsewhere, we will adjust the price accordingly.
